🚆 Luxembourg → Arlon 🇧🇪: the Commuter level

A cross-border commuter leaves Kirchberg after work and runs all the way to Arlon. In the game the trip is 1,200 m for 30 km on the road: the ★ version of Rat Race’s Commuter level, one of the three base destinations.

The rules differ from the cities: broken-down cars and stalled trains are platforms, you jump onto them and run along the roof where the coins are lined up; touching their side ends the run. Traffic-jam monsters walk towards you, customs drones bob up and down (duck), Moselle seagulls fly at head height. It rains, of course.

At the finish, your home and your time: the best time to Arlon is kept on your device and goes into the share text.

How to play the Commuter level

From the start screen, the “Commuter” button, then the Arlon card. Space or tap to jump, down arrow or swipe down to duck. The first segment is calm, monsters and drones arrive after 250 m, and the speed rises every 250 m.
